The Computational Biochemistry lab of Dr. Hugo Gutiérrez de Terán, part of the the Nanomaterials and Nanotechnology Research Center (CINN), has been recently established at the ISPA-FINBA, in the city of Oviedo (Asturias), after moving from Uppsala University.
We offer a postdoctoral / research assistant position framed on the project Targeting Adenosine Receptors in Immune-Oncology (Financed by the Spanish Ministry of Science and Universities, call PGC-2023). The contract is for two years, offering competitive salary for a PhD in computational chemistry, medicinal chemistry, structural biology, biophysics or related area. Duties/profile include the development and application of computational simulations (MD, Free Enerfy calculations, chemoinformatics) to investigate signal transduction through G-protein-coupled receptors and related computer-aided drug design programs in collaboration with experimental groups.
